Back from my run late again, had a good art show over all - lots of good things will come out of it I believe. Very late, very cold out - more snow again today!!!
I will weigh 219.6 by Jan 1st.
I weighed 236.6 today.

DOWN200 — Here's the concept:
I'm a 370 pound filmmaker looking for a topic for my first full-length film. Given my desperate need to lose weight and my passion for film and story telling, I decided to attempt to lose 200lbs in less than a year and to document it.
I hope that this will be an intensely honest and frank project and that it might inspire both those who need to lose weight and also those who are interested in getting into filmmaking.
