i didn't make last week's goal of 264.5. it made no sense. i was totally on the diet and even on the last day (sunday) ate nothing. very frustrating as from Friday through Monday i was at 266.5 - late yesterday and this morning it finally showed a drop. 262.5 right now. 3 pounds to go to the next goal of 259.5 by this coming Sunday. on a positive note i have moved into that very sweet zone of not wanting to eat. love this, should be easy going forward.

2 pounds from sunday's goal weight of 264.5. that will mean down 20 in the first 2 weeks. it would be more if i could just really get to the goal of 600 calories or less. need to to do that. i'm on he 4th day of the 2nd week. i think i'm good, meaning on it finally. week three will see me down 25.
