this diet pretty much just works :) i'm very comfortable with the minimal calories and the weight just keeps dropping. unrelated - got some blood work done last week and everything was perfect...

made the goal (one day late) now down 25 lbs. 3 weeks, next stop down 30 by next sunday. feeling great.
