Not sure why I was worried about the goal this week but I was. I made it with 1.3 pounds to spare. I'm now in the 270's also I'm nearly down 90 lbs. that's pretty cool. These little plateaus have a good deal of reward. I'm charting my loss and I put a light yellow bar on the weekly goal and a darker yellow box around every ten pounds down. In about two weeks from now I should be down 100 lbs. That will mean I'm halfway through this.
I'll have to celebrate that one in some way. I think I will have a Diet Dr. Pepper Cherry Vanilla pop. (Just like the one I'm having right now).
