I lost three pounds over-night and have already made my goal weight for tomorrow. I need to be careful about this, making the goal early is really not a good thing. I still need to make the weight tomorrow and as I've learned the slightest up tick in calories can result in big swings on the scale. They are for the most part excess water-weight gains (I believe) but still with a goal of being down 200 pounds it's important to make every goal in between.
I weighed in at 284.1 this morning; my goal weight for tomorrow is 284.5. As long as I don't over-do the calories tonight I should be fine - maybe even drop a little more. I'm now down 83.4 pounds since the start in March of 2008.
