Almost to the goal for today of 279.9 - just half a pound short. The next goal will be even tougher - 259.9 by June 26.

I'm back pretty solid on the diet this will be the 3rd major attempt to take off the 100 or so pounds I gained back, lost 60, gained those back, then lost 4o again and gained those back. This is going to be the last time I make those mistakes. I started at 305.5 and I'm now now to 283.3. Running again every day. Back on the diet. Goal is to be down to 279 by June 1.
