i went off the diet yesterday, during the day, then ate again at night wasn't a terrible day really, back at it today, this is day 3 and i'm down 6, can't let yesterday get me down. today will be baby carrots only, it's going to be a long day, should be my best yet. hope for a really good result tomorrow morning when i weigh in.

not a perfect day, ate a little more then aloud at night, but will do better today - must!

it's been difficult - getting started, as usual. but i have had a couple 2-3 day runs where i did well, but got little results. that has been discouraging. 309.5 it has to stop here. on the good days, i was still a little over (the calorie limit), today - no going over. ugh, 309.5, i can't let May slip away, i must start today. i need to come back and re-read this, MUST START today, and have to keep it under 600. :(
