1st week behind me - i lost 14lbs - it's usually 15lbs in the first week (so real close) i had a poor weekend though and also i actually lost about 6 before the official start. so down 20 now. the next goal is 5 lbs. and it'll be 5 lbs every work going forward. so i need to be down to 263.6 by next monday july 18th.
