328.5

So much in my life has been completely set ablaze. Weight loss (and gain) is very tightly tethered to life. At the same time, while being depressed or challenged can lead to overeating and weight gain, losing weight and getting in shape is a counter measure to the pains, it is one of the greatest highs. It's been very hard to get back on this diet. But I just have to. I need something positive in my life and getting the weight to drop is one thing I can control. Today I'm at 328.5. I need to make today day one.
