262.5
i didn't make last week's goal of 264.5. it made no sense. i was totally on the diet and even on the last day (sunday) ate nothing. very frustrating as from Friday through Monday i was at 266.5 - late yesterday and this morning it finally showed a drop. 262.5 right now. 3 pounds to go to the next goal of 259.5 by this coming Sunday.
on a positive note i have moved into that very sweet zone of not wanting to eat. love this, should be easy going forward.
