It's dropping nicely as I have been pretty good on the calorie limit - the goal is 269.9 or less by Monday :)
Then by my daughters wedding (the 25th)264.9 or less.
Then for a return trip to Kenya (July 8th) 254.9 or less :)
Just need to remain tenacious.

Back in the 270's - finally was hoping to be here on Monday and here it is Saturday. Anyway I still hope to be down to 275 by this Tuesday. I'm going extreme for the next 4 days, 300 calories or less. I still think I can make the next goal. Fighting back.

Was a little disappointed that I gained, I was expecting a loss. Not a time to get discouraged. Might now need to settle into the 5 lbs per week. My daughters wedding is on June 25th about three and half weeks from now. I was hoping to be into the high 250's by the time the wedding comes around. That would be a miracle. I'm at 280 now and realistically I can expect to lose about 17-18 lbs by then. So maybe 262-263. That would be the 5 lbs per week rate. Still would like to get into the 250's - maybe 259 something :)
By September 21st 205 again - that's where I'm heading...

Almost to the goal for today of 279.9 - just half a pound short. The next goal will be even tougher - 259.9 by June 26.

I'm back pretty solid on the diet this will be the 3rd major attempt to take off the 100 or so pounds I gained back, lost 60, gained those back, then lost 4o again and gained those back. This is going to be the last time I make those mistakes.
I started at 305.5 and I'm now now to 283.3. Running again every day. Back on the diet. Goal is to be down to 279 by June 1.
