short 2 pounds from the mark of 287. i was over-eating just a bit this weekend, so... i really need to hit it hard this week. very strick, lessen the calories further. todays important.

lost 14.5 in the first week - was very tightly on the diet, usually i lose more then 15, so a little disappointed, but most importantly i'm on it.
